Overview
Uchida Rokuru served as chairman of Hamamatsu Ishikai (medical association) and Hamamatsu Shakaikyoiku Iinkai (board of social education). Through these positions, he contributed to development of medical practice, social education, and artistic culture. He was named honorary citizen of Hamamatsu City on July 1, 1971.
