Overview
It is said that Futamata Masanaga built this castle in 1503. The castle played an important role during the battle between the Tokugawa and the Takeda in the 16th century. It is also known as the place where Tokugawa Ieyasu's son, Nobuyasu, was forced to commit suicide.
The ruin is a park today and mounds, stone walls, and the base of the castle tower remain in the site.
