Overview
He served as a councilor of the council of Kumakiri Village, and was a chairman of the council of Haruno Town. He contributed to the realization of the merger of Inui Town, Kumakiri Village, and Keta Village in the Showa period. He was named honorary citizen of Haruno Town (present Haruno-cho, Tenryu-ku, Hamamatsu) on November 3, 1968.
